I started using this powder for Leaky Gut Syndrome and it has worked great. Then I switched to other powders because that brand didn't really dissolve completely. Maybe it's because I only use 4 ounces of water per 1 scoop. Regardless, as I tried other brands, I noticed my leaky gut symptoms returning. But when I switched back to Nutricost my symptoms were gone again. I am convinced that this is the real deal. I contacted the company to find out where they get their L-Glutamine from and they said they were from the US and Australia. In terms of taste, I usually add a little water flavoring when I take it. And when I take it, I usually stir it with a small straw and drink it quickly before any undissolved particles settle to the bottom. One day I noticed that when I added 1 scoop to 8 ounces of water to which I also added 1 scoop of Benefiber, it completely dissolved. Just thought I'd throw this away in case it helps someone decide. What appeals to me about this material is that it really works and doesn't come from China. I will never experiment with other brands again. My health is too important.
