I love the pigment in this product! I was really excited to try it out, so I grabbed some good gloves and followed the directions up to the T. You can subtly smell the scent at first (it's not that bad while you're applying it, but if you have very thick long hair becomes overwhelming while you work with them). It really brings out the color. Be careful when applying near the root zone as it will stain fair scalps. However, I was hoping for some serious hydration with great toning as other reviewers mentioned it can be drying. Be sure to rinse well to ensure the water runs clear and keep the odor at bay if you find it too strong. I recommend it because it helps with yellowing and copper, but please add extra moisture to your hair if you have platinum or silver.
