I specifically sized for more length and comfort, so I can't comment on "tummy control". I am chronically ill and refuse to wear pants, always looking for the perfect leggings. They are well constructed, not at all transparent, soft and breathable enough to sleep in. I liked my first 3 packs so much that I immediately bought a second set of flowers. Ideal for loose dresses and sweatshirts.
