Review on eTWIST by Jeremy Carpenter
Very useful investigative software that is user friendly
It's easy for our investigators in different locations around Southern California to use this tool seamlessly with their phones as they are conducting an investigation from anywhere! The interface can be quite confusing at first but after you set up your app/device once it becomes very intuitive (and fast). I wish there was more info about how much we had used so far since purchasing compared to what has been collected through other methods such as paperwork or cell phone data gathering by agents themselves. We also have not seen any negative impact due to its ease of implementation nor issues related to battery life or storage space needed. Benefits include quick information transfer between users without having to rely on emails back & forth during investigations.
- Easily accessible, seamless integration into smartphones using apps that already exist within them rather than needing separate software applications installed separately which is often difficult if one doesn't know exactly where these files need placing when trying to install new programs onto ones smartphone device itself; simple user friendly design no complicated steps required like downloading additional freeware / trial versions before being able to properly download full version product(s) necessary for program functionality etc.; minimal technical requirements
