It catches all those nasty iron bacteria and does a great job cleaning up our horrible city water.
3 filtration systems for our small towns Terrible iron bacteria, super hard and overly chlorinated water. I change the sediment filter every 2 months and every 3 months for the activated carbon block and hopefully the KDF filter annually, but not sure about the KDF yet. We also use Rheem water softeners. We love these Aquaboon filters and will continue to use them.
