Worked great in our Toto CST743S toilet. Ours didn't need a little rubber band around the part that fits into the side of the tank. I removed this item and it fit snugly in the hole. It replaced another brand that only lasted about three years and is no longer sold on Revain. It appears to be well made and looks good. UPDATE: The original door handle still works great. Bought this again to replace another one that broke down in our guest bathroom in the same model toilet and it works great too. The one he replaced was always a bit difficult to wash off. It needed an extra hard push on the handle. The one we removed had a straight lever that pulls the chain up, while this one has a slight curve that goes around the filler. That little kink makes a big difference, and now it just takes a little nudge to get it out. We have three Toto toilets of the same model. I'm buying some backups today!
