I bought this product because I work in a car wash where you get wet a lot and walking around in wet shoes and socks all day sucks. So I try to look for waterproof shoes around this time of year (mainly because all the ones I've bought in the past haven't lasted a few months and sometimes you can see that in a week or so) and I've found them with built-in gore-tex. I've only heard good things about Salomons so I decided to give it a try. They were pretty narrow when I bought them (I have wide feet), but if you've worn hiking or trail running shoes, you know they need to fit your foot. After about a week of wearing them they are very comfortable and I can wear them 8 hours a day without pain. Best of all, they never get wet inside. They are almost submerged in water and still completely dry.
