I had to buy an external webcam to improve the video and audio quality on Zoom calls for my activities. Video brightness can be adjusted simply by tapping with your fingers. Second, when I need to take notes at the table next to the computer, I can either move the camera around slightly by tilting and moving its head, or just mount it on a tripod that's included, so I still have a good camera angle. Third, this camera's clip for your laptop/computer is very durable, unlike other external webcams on the market that I've tried. Last but not least, I love that this camera has a flip-up privacy cover that gives me peace of mind that no one can see me if I don't want them to :)
