This is a great product for the price (something the people at BMW obviously couldn't figure out with their impractical Y-cable). Both the Bluetooth receiver and the car radio are paired with the iPhone at the same time. I was able to make and receive calls through the audio system while music was playing through the Bluetooth receiver, and the receiver stayed paired after the call ended. The receiver will automatically connect when the ignition is turned on. The sound quality is pretty good.
