Use and clean Superior Breeze Rice every time! multiple use!

I was skeptical at first but genuinely happy with my purchase. I've stopped cooking rice after years of it sticking to the pan or coming out overcooked or undercooked. Eating healthier foods has resulted in less bulky noodles, and we wanted to try including more rice in our meals. Also, since this device is not only a rice cooker, but also functions as a pot and steamer for vegetables. The reviews were about halfway through and many said they either couldn't figure it out (it was difficult to follow directions) or the rice didn't come out well when they used it. After 2-3 months of use I have to say that either these people don't understand the instructions (which I think are very easy to follow) or it's just operator error. I LOVE my rice cooker. I can set it up and leave it on (unlike a pot on the stove) and it comes out perfect every time! Extras: 1. The wide spoon included in the rice set is nice and is kept in the stove when not in use.2. The included cup is sized on the side and stored in the stove when not in use.3. The cooker's inner metal bowl is easy to clean (a damp cloth literally won't help you - nothing sticks, burns, etc!), is removable for easy cleaning without worrying about water damage to the unit, and is sized from the inside Bowl so you know you always get the right amount of water and rice! Accepts guesses.4. The instructions are very easy to read. Divided into "cook rice", "steam vegetables while rice is cooking", etc. Has a handy removable tray with "quick cooking tips" for amount to use and hangs on my fridge for easy access. The steam insert is removable, can be stowed away in the device when not in use and offers plenty of space. I can usually fit two 10-12 ounce bags of frozen veggies in it, leaving a bit of room. This tray appears to take on the color of more colorful vegetables (e.g. orange-tinted carrots), but otherwise it doesn't make much of a difference. Easy to clean. The only downside I can think of is that the cord for this device is a bit shorter than my regular devices. However, it also means I can pick it up by the handle once and dangle it when not in use, rather than also having a bundle of cords flopping around in the closet. So take it how you want. I've added photos for better viewing as seller doesn't post much to see. This was one of my biggest concerns when comparing them to other brands/models. I wanted to look within and understand how it all adds up or falls apart. So I hope this helps someone. The coffee tin in the photos is a large Sam's Club coffee tin - for size comparison. It should be noted that the cover of this device is NOT fully removable. Hinged on one side. Grab the handle, press the big button with your thumb to open the door and it pops open easily (simple cover too). The lid stays open without too much falling off when the rice is ready to serve OR the metal bowl can be removed during serving. Conclusion: WORTH THE MONEY! Great price, great rice - every time! Eliminates the hassle of multiple pans, can be used for full meals (multi-stove use) and vegetable peeling or steaming. Definitely recommend this to everyone.
