Review on πŸ’¦ Conair's Portable Cordless Interplak Water Flossing System by Jessica Williams

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good buy for this price. A little weak, but it works.

I wear braces for a deep overbite. The doctor recommends that I floss to clean my teeth more effectively as a regular toothbrush is not effective when wearing braces. At home I use the Waterpik corded water purification machine (https://www.amazon.com/Waterpik-WP100W-Flosser-Pressure-Settings/dp/B00CU9VF2Q/ref=sr_1_6_s_it?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1490719951&sr=1-6&keywords= Waterpik&th=1). In the office, I use the ToiletTree cordless, rechargeable water purifier. (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00OQFH0OY/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1). I am very satisfied with the two water purification devices mentioned above. But I'm looking for another wireless water purification device to take with me when I travel. That's why I'm testing this portable dental floss powered by InterPlak AA batteries. Water Resistance: As for water pressure resistance, the corded unit is from Waterpik and the rechargeable unit is from ToiletTree. The Interplak system has two pressure settings, I choose the "HI" setting for effective brushing. The strength of the "HI" setting is the same as the "LO" setting in the ToiletTree rechargeable block. Running time: With two fresh AA batteries, it lasts 52.34 seconds in the "HI" setting. It runs 1 minute and 17.45 seconds on the "LO" setting. The run time is about the same compared to a ToiletTree rechargeable unit. Leak: The block is sealed. No water leakage problem. In addition, no water penetrates into the battery compartment. Battery Life: I will come back to update how long a pair of fresh AA batteries can last. Summary: The water pressure is on the weak side. The operating time is in no way inferior to other portable devices. For everyday use at home, I recommend any wired device. For everyday office use, I would recommend the ToiletTree device. However, ToiletTree's device is bulkier and heavier. So for on the go I recommend this AA water purifier from Interplak. At such an affordable price I won't be too upset if it breaks while traveling.
