The interface is user friendly & I enjoy being able to work from home without leaving my house! It has been difficult for me at times since we've had several different IT managers over time - they are often not as helpful in terms our needs/questions when troubleshooting issues vs those within their realm (such things like billing systems).

Also sometimes there's an issue w pricing which isn't made clear until much later than anticipated. Be sure about what benefits will be offered before signing up!! Our business does mostly speech-to text but also dictation files too. We use this service primarily during off hours because some customers don’t want us around while others prefer working through them via phone calls instead if just typing out notes directly onto file folders / paper etc..
