Bought in late May, began to act in late August. He died at the end of September. The left mouse button cannot hold the left click and flickers. I owe an RMA, which means buying a new mouse while waiting for this piece of junk to be rejected by Razer, which has a notoriously bad RMA policy. I'm pretty sure I'll only eat this mouse for $90 + the cost of a new mouse. Don't buy from Razer. Edit: So I went through the RMA process and I love Razer even less than before. Every time I sent them all the necessary information they requested in great detail, they invented new steps and processes for me hoping that I would be dissuaded and I would not fulfill my guarantee. Eventually they wanted me to record a video. Ask and send it to them. Video. The left mouse button does not work. In all my years in sales I have never been asked to film anything before the company honors your RMA. They tried every opportunity to get rid of it. IF your Razer mouse breaks (NOT IF), please don't stop the support team. Troubleshooting and battling Razer is costing me a lot more time than the mouse cost, but if you keep persevering you'll realize you're not going to just walk away quietly and end up doing the RMA you're entitled to.
