I work on the front lines of the fight against COVID-19. We are not heroes, we just want to help people with this disease and give them a chance to fight. I'm part of a team that deals with everything to do with heart and lungs. So that includes being in a room with a confirmed COVID-positive patient for up to an hour and a half at a time, helping the patient with intubation, and using ventilators (life support) to help them take their next breath. The reason I mention this is because I initially depend on goggles that are marketed as "anti-fog". And that may be true at some point, but after every incident we need to wash and sterilize our equipment to reduce the risk of infecting ourselves and future patients. This will delete the anti-fog protection in our glasses. If you stay indoors for 3 minutes, normal glasses will fog up. After 5 minutes of the process you see NOTHING. 15 minutes pass and the condensate begins to drip on the eyes. So you have no idea if that particle of water is dripping from contaminated skin into your eyes, further increasing your risk of infection and further damaging your already impaired vision. You absolutely cannot take off your glasses in this situation to wipe your eyes and glasses as you are exposing your eyes to the airborne particles associated with this disease. If any part of COVID-19 gets into your eye, it automatically enters your bloodstream, and you might as well put the disease on an IV and inject it into your veins. The value and versatility of this product extends beyond skiing, swimming, construction, lab work, and the life saving/life risk procedures I need to perform in my career. I cannot recommend these drops enough! They are life savers and come in handy when I need them most.
