Excellent Customer Support with Professional Products

All functions are very easy for customers as they can easily navigate through the interface without any hassle or confusion at all! Nothing in particular I dislike but if you want an excellent tool that will bring more sales then this should be your first choice when choosing call Center software solutions provider!! Great customer support team too who is always there whenever needed by solving issues anytime soon. This has helped us get new business contacts which we use them wisely because of their knowledgeability about our industry sector & products range etc so far nothing bad what i have experienced from convoso's Call Centre Software Solutions Team. I love the ability to customize the dialing options to meet our needs. I also love that there are so many ways to track and monitor our dialing campaigns. The ability to make changes quickly is a great feature. I dislike that Convoso does not have a mobile app. The dialing options are very customizable and we are able to track in real time which ones are working best for our business.

Pros
  • We like how much it tracks, monitors calls made via phone (manually) vs text message/email tracking with out having both devices connected together..this helps cut costs significantly!!! Also being completely automated saves hours upon hour over manually calling clients / potential buyers..also allows agents freedom during work day while allowing supervisors monitoring capabilities remotely no need physically present just connect
