I bought this phone hoping it would be of similar quality to the Polycom Soundstation phones we use at work. It's not like this. When I'm on the phone, I often don't hear the first half of the other person's sentence when they start speaking. They complain that I sound like I'm in a huge room and can't hear myself when I'm more than a foot away from the device. I am extremely disappointed.
