Review on Bowers & Wilkins PI5 wireless headphones, white by Boguslawa Sikorska ᠌

One of the first in 2022 bought these headphones in May. Been waiting for this product since the first AirPods. Great headphones. First, the sound. I was afraid that due to the lack of wires it would be worse, but this did not happen. Akin to a wired B&W C5. There is bass, it is quite intelligent, it does not sag at volume. The genres more or less all sound good, the detailing of individual compositions pleases. Some sounds that I can't hear in other headphones (AirPods Pro) or speakers (B&W zeppelin air) play well here. YouTube has English. review, where they say that PI5 are close to AirPods Pro, and PI7 are superior in sound. This is not the case, PI5 also surpass AirPods Pro in sound quality. Secondly, the design and build quality. They look nice, and the case is light, made of very nice matte plastic, with a glossy lid. Before that, I had a B&W C5 in operation for 10 years, and a B&W P3 for 8 years. Both are still working. Thirdly, noise reduction. For me, this is the first experience, and it just works well. Fourth, the application. Interactive, clear, simple and without frills. It's a pity there is no direct integration into iOs, but this is apparently the prerogative of the AirPods Pro. Fifth, management. You get used to the sensors quite quickly, the control scheme from standard wired headphones is preserved. In the ears, they sit pretty well, do not pop out, and after medium flights (3-4 hours), the ears do not get tired. PI5 was developed by the same engineers who participated in the manufacture of older B&W speakers, these are additional points for headphones. I did not see the point in overpaying for PI7, although they are more beautiful because of the golden border, and they have a transmitter case. I fly a lot with different airlines, since the days of Transaero I have not used the entertainment system on the plane. It's something from the past. In other scenarios, I personally do not need a transmitter. And for the golden paint overpaying 10k makes little sense. There is no cardinal difference in sound between PI5 and 7.
