The collar is much stronger than I thought. It's quite stiff so it's difficult to resize the collar, but I suspect this will decrease over time. What is very annoying is that instructions are required to resize this collar. It seems silly, but it's a bit difficult. There are no instructions in the kit and there isn't even a collar in the photo of the dog in the box. I had to go back to Amazon to see his picture and resize it. The handle turns out to be very comfortable and I was able to use it right after putting the collar on! He's a big boy and the pen is really helping. Our pup seems to like the collar and there is plenty of room for moral marks on it.
