This is exactly what I needed. With the flexible tripod, I can attach my GoPro or Canon T3i to almost anything. This is a very solid tripod for its size and I don't see any future problems with this tripod. A few things I noticed from reading the reviews before buying: - The screw that is on the tripod is for DSLRs. If you want to attach a swivel mount for your GoPro or just the GoPro mount as a whole, unlock the main screw. Below is a smaller screw. (It would be pretty silly to suggest an item that doesn't work on its own.) - If one of the legs "breaks", just glue it back in place. I intentionally removed the details just to see if I could. The system works like your shoulder. This is a ball head. If the ball falls out, drive it back into the socket.
