Beyond Inaccurate Good for Thermometer & Timer
This thing couldn't be less accurate. Pulled the pork at 135 (already low temp for pork) and it was so overcooked. As I sliced the pork I could see exactly where I placed the thermometer and it was actually in the right spot. Use it on grilled chicken and had a similar problem. I took it out 30 degrees below temp and it was dry as a bone. I'm pretty sure this has nothing to do with user error.
