When squeezing the opening part to insert the hook, the plastic broke. Examination of the plastic showed that it was of poor quality, flimsy and too malleable. The larger blade has a warp that leaves streaks when rubbing the glass. This is unacceptable for a new wiper blade. Looking at the photos, the rubber has a flaw or weak point that could cause it to break at some point. This is totally unacceptable for $20 blades. If the rubber breaks and the blade snaps off, my windshield could be scratched, which could result in hundreds of dollars worth of damage to my windshield.
