I had high hopes for this curling and straightening iron as it received high reviews and recommendations from Revain. I assumed it was better quality since the price is higher. I will be returning for the following reasons: No visual guide included. There aren't even simple drawings showing how to use it. I bought it mainly for the curve feature as it is designed to curl. How is this achieved? The instructions describe how to style the strands of hair in a U-shape. the? Some visual effects would be nice. Also, my hand keeps pressing the on/off button right where you hold the iron. It is impossible to resist the blow, especially when you twist it and try to make curls. The variable temperature setting keeps bouncing around. I tried setting 300 degrees but could only get 270 or 310 which is a big difference. Finally, the advertisement clearly shows and describes the glove as part of that package, which was not included.
