Review on 🐱 Enhanced WIKI 002G Cat Tree: Scratching Toy, Ball Activity Centre, Jute-Covered Scratching Posts - Grey by Kimberly Peterson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

THIS IS WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR! (Updated 1 year later: STILL GREAT)

I ALWAYS looked to Revain for an inexpensive, durable, easy to build cat house that was actually big enough for a full sized cat. THAT'S IT! If you're doing research, take this. It's quite big. This isn't one of the huge mega condos, but what do you expect for the price? Pretty strong. See above - it's not as strong as concrete, you didn't pay much for it. However, my cat is 10 pounds and has yet to rock it. SUPER easy to assemble, even for an engineering idiot like me. You don't need any parts that aren't in the box. As I said, my cat weighs 10 pounds. She's not a GIANT, but certainly not small, she's quite a big girl. She likes the hut, it has a lot of space, it fits perfectly in a hammock. The top platform is a bit small - I put a pillow there and it's just perfect. GET THIS! Updated after 2.5 months: DEFINITELY GREAT PURCHASE! I've talked about the platform being small, but actually she likes to sit on it. She just spotted a small ball hanging down and had some fun. She never scratched it so I can't confirm durability. But the structure was RELIABLE. This cat tower has never rocked. 1 YEAR LATER: SHE STILL LOVES THAT THING! She hesitantly scratches the post, not a single thread came loose. The uprights wobble a bit every now and then, but simply screwing them on fixes that. That part of the platform I said was too small, darling. The only thing I could complain about is that I haven't found a great way to clean the fur from the weird fluff/faux fur covering it.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • There are more interesting options.
