You can overdo it and think it won't be enough. but you will be surprised! Foams very easily. The air conditioning does a great job too! My hair is really soft!. I didn't have to use the extra conditioner. ! or oils or anything else!. Washing and conditioning your hair with a bar of soap and a bar of conditioner takes a little getting used to, but you'll learn! I recommend purchasing a suitable soap container. I have one that holds both poles. That will save him in the long run. You don't want them to melt in your soul. I highly recommend!
