My last pizza stone, I leaned on the floor before packing against the wall, hit it, fell and broke in half! Ouch! This new one seemed too small to me at first, it's just the right size. When first used, sauce and cheese are baked on top. I removed what I could with a steel spatula, washed with hot water, folded 1 square of a paper napkin twice, wiped the excess off the stone, no problem. Like new again except "now shrunk in 🤪 GREAT product! I thought the 2 cups of water to 4 cups of flour in the pizza dough recipe was too much. I added flour until it was pulled from the sides with a mixer. THE BEST pizza dough, I've ever made, VERY SOFT, NOT chewy, melts in your mouth!
