The most helpful thing I like about this software is that you can easily customize your own workflow as per requirement. It does not support any other language than English which may be an issue during implementation phase or while training user base. Also some of my users are very tech savvy hence need hands-on assistance rather then using screen sharing feature available with many modern softwares out there. We are solving our document management issues through this tool which helps us track documents centrally without having physical copies. This has helped reduce paper usage significantly across various departments within organization. And also we no longer keep multiple versions of same files locally but instead share these online via cloud storage services such as OneDrive/Dropbox etc. This allows me to access those file anywhere anytime even if offline.
