Best value for money. It comes with the power cord already connected. Others required you to purchase a power cord separately. It's easy to remove and install. Unplug the power cord and set it aside. Detach the tube attached to it. Using the tool provided, loosen the clamp (looks like a hex wrench on either side). I removed the pipes attached to it to make it easier for me. After removing the pipes I carefully untied the rest of the collar, remember it's heavy so make sure you have a hand or something underneath to lower it to the bottom of the closet. It doesn't take much force to loosen the clamp. It is so easy. I did not replace the flush head as it was not leaking. Install it in reverse order. I will say that you need to make sure that when you push it towards the attachment you make sure there is leverage before tightening the collar. It's easy to tell if it's not even a look at the collar. It took me three tries to reach the level. Once I had it straightened I used a tool to tighten it. It doesn't take much effort here either. Run the water to ensure there are no leaks. If there are no leaks, plug it in. The noise level is very low. Took me about 20 minutes to remove and install it. Young people could probably do it faster. :-) jw
