Not bad but small changes would make the product even better

It looks really solid and will probably protect my device in the event of a fall but ONLY if it's fully zipped. I would like to have (1) BOTH the extra elastic strap that holds the device and (2) the strap I currently have (and all the extras) to be much, much tighter. Because the elastic isn't very tight, your device is almost guaranteed to fall out and hit a hard surface if the case is opened and dropped.
