What seemed like a great toner deal has turned into a waste. The Brother printer no longer recognizes the cartridges - a small computer chip is not recognized so the printer simply stops printing and prompts you to reinsert the toner cartridges. When I called Brother they said it was a different brand of toner. When I replaced the Brother toner everything worked fine. This has happened to me before but the second time I had to take a chance as the Brother brand was out of stock everywhere. This brand has been around long enough to past the return window, now these cartridges are a waste of time. Again.
