As you know, buying OEM toner for laser printers is very expensive. I have used EZ Link cartridges before and have never had a single problem. So when I bought a laser printer I decided to try their toner. As with ink cartridges, their prices are several times lower than OEM prices. I have not noticed any degradation in print quality compared to using OEM. The toner quality and print quality are as good as OEM. Try them and I have a feeling you won't buy anywhere else. Compatibility is stated on the box but the printer will still ask for a toner replacement when installed. Since I had great confidence in this product from the previous model, I bought two boxes at once. None of the replacement black toners work. The only difference I see is that the toner sensor on the Brother machine floats and makes a distinct click when seated. This modular sensor, EZink, is rigid and does not float. He doesn't snap.

It's hard to save hard-earned money these days, especially when it comes to toner and ink. However, there are points to consider if the toner or ink is of good quality like the original toner. and I find this EZ ink not so perfect, but a good alternative to the expensive original toner. I can void the manufacturer's warranty for this laser printer. But if I save money on toner, I could use the savings to buy a new printer in the long run.

What seemed like a great toner deal has turned into a waste. The Brother printer no longer recognizes the cartridges - a small computer chip is not recognized so the printer simply stops printing and prompts you to reinsert the toner cartridges. This is the second time I have bought an EZ-Link toner cartridge, the first was all black and this time in color and it has never disappointed me. The difference between the print and the original is not noticeable, especially if you only print text and some images. I haven't tried photo printing yet, but I don't think I will because I know I won't get the results I want since my printer isn't a photo printer.
