When we first got these, I was pleasantly surprised. Cheap and nice-looking, it installed fairly quickly without issue. We had waited some time between ordering to install it, but once we did, they worked great and we loved them.Fast forward to about a week ago, when the cold water handle started going squirrely - it would turn just a bit and be on full blast and then it was require almost a full turn to shut off. It was apparently inconsistently grabbing the valve until finally it just came off as that portion was now stripped. Had to turn off the water underneath for the cold side just to turn it off.It seems with any significant use it failed rather quickly, seems that the rubbing of the valve against the interior of the handle rounds it out enough to stop the handle from being able to turn the valve and eventually it will loosen and come off.
