Review on 🕯️ Flameless Flickering LED Candles Set of 7 with Remote Control - Real Wax Pillar, Moving Flame, and Timer by Mohammed Prude

BUYER BEWARE. Worst customer service experience of my life. At first I really liked this product and I've been looking for candles like this for so long. This was my original post "Great product! They all run on AA batteries and the remote control is very easy to use! I love the sparkle feature and it looks so real! I got them to decorate for Halloween and Christmas but now I keep them all year round. I used to have other candles but I like their cool flame!” BUT 4 of them stopped working after 10 minutes when I set the 8 hour timer clearly. It happened SEVERAL times. I wrote to the seller about this and nothing was resolved. They only refunded me $8 because more than half of the candles didn't work properly. They refused to send replacement candles to my home, which worked perfectly. I also ordered TWO sets and one set didn't even arrive. They then said a $10 refund was all they could do. Each candle costs $5.28 and 4 of them don't work. So I'm only reimbursed for two candles. After they told the seller it "shouldn't be a problem" when apparently 4 plugs didn't work and I hadn't received the full set of plugs. The seller simply told me to return the item for a refund. This seller experience was absolutely ridiculous and awful. I bought these candles for my son's christening and now have to find other candles in such a short time. Don't buy these candles. If you do this I hope you won't have any problems with it as there is no support from the seller.
