First off, if like me you don't like milk (which makes most protein powders almost inedible) then this product is a godsend. Fruit punch tastes like a twizzler, and if you only use one scoop, you won't even get a hint of that thick, chalky texture that all other proteins I've tried have. 5 years ago and I would highly recommend it to serious endurance athletes (obviously the use of the term "athlete" is a bit vague). noticeable difference with this product. I am a runner and my legs are much fresher after a good workout after using this. It could also have been a placebo and no. Endurox has not changed my life or the way I train. That alone didn't improve my 5k time by a minute. It has a more focused protein to carb ratio, which is good if your goal is rapid recovery and glycogen regeneration, rather than bulking and bulking. But other than that, it's unlikely (to me) that there's anything here that you won't find in any other popular protein. But it tastes great for people who can't stand traditional chalk vanilla/chocolate milk. What I'm saying is that I only use 1 scoop and not 2. This is mainly to save money, but I didn't notice any noticeable difference between one and two scoops either.
