Review on SAPLIZE Hybrid Golf Grips (CL03) - Set Of 13, Low Taper Design, Cross Corded Rubber Technology, Options Of 6 Colors, Standard/Midsize, Upgrade/Deluxe Kit For Choice, MultiCompound Golf Club Grips by Bill Gomez

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Easy for 1st Timers

I wanted to try regripping my own clubs so I didn't want to waste a bunch of money by buying higher priced grips. I was able to remove a grip using the included tool in less than 30 seconds. I did get a scraper to help remove the old tape. It's much easier to remove the tape if you use a blow dryer or heat gun first. I used goo gone to get off the excess old stickiness too. Then I applied the new tape, used the solvent and installed the new grip. I did not use a vice either and plenty of solvent comes with the kit. It probably took me 10 minutes per club because I took my time. Easily could do a club in a few minutes.

Pros
  • This grips cost about $50 less than the of Lampkin that I compared too!
Cons
  • These grips are super slick. Hard to hold onto. Not worth buying.
