Before installation, my raspberry pi's average temperature was 50C, after installation 49.5 ° C Seriously. I bought a nice Pi case that works like a large built-in heatsink and removed those. Immediately there was a big difference, up to 38°C on average. So my advice would be to skip them and get a real cooling solution.
