I'm updating my rating. We got a replacement monitor and it's working so far. It was excruciating to send it back and pay $50 for shipping, but it deserves at least 3 points. I bought it 12.5 months ago and it just died for me. I turned it off for two weeks while on vacation. He returned, but no graphic display, no menu, only backlight. They said it was under warranty but I still had to pay $50 to send it to support. In 35 years of computer use this is the second monitor to die in my opinion and I've had these for 10 years. It should not be.
