I am very happy with their customer support team in general - they are always friendly & helpful when we have issues or questions regarding our account! They do an excellent job of keeping us informed about upcoming changes to billing that may affect us so we can prepare accordingly (e.g., if there will be any significant price increases). The only thing i dislike is that it's difficult to navigate through some parts of level10 website from mobile devices such as tablets/phones which makes access via desktop not ideal either. Have been able to effectively utilize all tools available within LEO platform including but limited to BIM models, RFIs etc.
