the mount and filter are very good, but the cheap plastic "key " that comes with it is rubbish.
The housing, mount and filter are very good but the cheap plastic key that comes with it is a piece of junk that broke on first use. When you buy this device; Go to Home Depot's plumbing department and get a wrench with a long strap that fits a 6 3/8 inch diameter, which worked great. I noticed an immediate drop in chlorine in the water, so while the filter and housing are exactly what I need, buy a strap wrench as well. I have two 10" filters that I installed 22 years ago and the quality of these plastic buttons is much better. I've swapped out probably 100 10" filters together with no problems.
