Bought for $17 for four wood chisels (no case). Undoubtedly, such a price can cause nervousness and skepticism among many professional carpenters. The packaging is also minimal. The above was my impression when I first received them. And today I finally put them on the trend diamond blade to sharpen. A few notes. 1) The attack tip (or bevel) is not machined perpendicular to the metal body. Might not be that hard depending on how you use them. all bevels deviate a few degrees from 90.2) the metal rods are not aligned with the wooden handle. It became apparent as I sharpened/sharpened. With that said. Given the price, they are good chisels for improving sharpening techniques.
