Pretty good product. I have read many posts about how stiff and crumbly the Rift S foam becomes after a few months of frequent use. The foam solution isn't particularly well designed or thought through. This cover solves that problem. I expect the foam to last a long time, or at least much longer. The cover is soft and easy to put on. It stays in place but is not difficult to remove for cleaning. There is an alternative fabric cover on offer that requires you to pull out the foam insert (who would have thought you could even do that, but you can). I pulled out my foam component and after looking at the little tabs holding them in place I figured they wouldn't need many "clicks" before some of them broke. So if you frequently take cloth mortar off to wash it, you run the risk of breaking the tabs that hold it in place. I decided not to buy a fabric product and went for this silicone product instead and I'm glad I did. Plus it's cheaper. This coating does not require removal of the foam component. It simply slides over the foam and stays in place. i really like it It's just a little bit cool when you put it on. I'm sure the fabric doesn't feel cool at all when you put it on, but coolness doesn't matter. Compare holding the sock on the inside of your wrist to holding the belt of your pants there. It's about the temperature difference. I am very happy with it and can only recommend it.
