I love how it is user friendly for my staff to use! It helps us maintain all of our important patient information in one place which makes things so much easier when we need to pull up any needed info quickly!! Wish there were more ways that they could integrate other social networks like Facebook or Twitter into their platform but this isn't really an issue atm since its been fairly simple to do what you would expect from them.
We have seen such great improvements within just weeks after implementing PAMM as well as making changes to our workflow processes as a result of using PMR.
