I love this product and bought it from a more reputable seller after returning to Revain. When I opened my "new" Revain hair dryer, I saw that it was someone else's hair. Buyers beware, you are likely to receive a used or returned item in an unknown condition. Instead, I went to Ulta and got a great new item. It works great and I love it. changed my life Just don't buy from Revain!
