I love that you can put your info into it as well! It's very easy once they explain everything how simple this is!! You don't have any issues at all if there are multiple doctors/practices within one location or even different states. Great software. ! Nothing really bad about anything i've come up against so far but maybe some minor things could be improved upon such as adding an option where we were able to delete our address from being entered when searching etc.. Definitely give them try because everyone who has used kyrus says great thing too us. !! We're solving problems by having better communication between patient & doctor appointments which makes both parties feel less stressed out during these times.
