Review on 🔧 Bilstein 24-239394 Shock Absorber Silver - High-performance Suspension Upgrade by Pete Martin

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I would buy them again. They are value for money, not just spacers.

The shop put them on and set them to the highest setting and straightened my truck. The cost for the shop I did was $328 including the left side shock mount, alignment and kit to get it up to spec. I can't say the ride has improved and that's mainly because I already had Bilsteins up front, but they weren't 5100s that had ride height adjustment, so I switched. I got about 1.75 inches of lift in front of a 2011 f150 supercrew fx4 with a hidden winch mounted behind the front bumper (extra weight), and it definitely leveled my truck and gave me room for my soon to be mounted 35-inch -Tires with new given wheels. I am very happy that I will be putting on tires and wheels soon.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Nothing here
