The front left shock absorber was leaking. I chose them for my 2011 f150 4x4 xlt superteam. I wanted to remove the factory rake from it. Just installed it and did the alignment. I set them to the highest level, which was perfect for me. the rear end is now only 8 inches taller. The ride is like a Cadillac for this old country boy but wow what a difference compared to the stock. Thank you Bilstein

New truck! for parts

Replaces worn stock shocks on my 2011 F150 Supercrew. They completely changed the dynamic of the movement. I set them to the lowest setting because I already have the alignment kit installed. They use spring preload to get height and I wanted a full (softer) ride with the stock spring length. Not too difficult to install but I'm fairly experienced and have special tools like a spring compressor. It took about 3 hours on the first page and 45 minutes on the last. Worth the money, probably worth…

Great product for Shocks, Struts and Suspension

Great product especially for the price. Replaced my 2013 Crew Cab 4x4 luggage rack with these. Set them to the second setting from the top and raise the front end from 37.5" to 39.25" (from the ground to the edge of the wing). Increased from 39.5" to 39.75" in the back so there was a small rake. Installation was pretty easy, doesn't require an engineering degree, but does require some time/effort. Took me about 6 hours to do both, but I also replaced both UCAs which adds a bit of time. The ride

Ford F150 Shocks, Struts & Suspension

Replaced the front shocks on my 2011 Ford F150 Platinum with these. Have them on the third setting, which is about 1.5 inches. You look great. The truck almost lines up with the rear. This is German made Bilstein and a great company making an excellent product. You can't go wrong with this. They look great and work even better. You won't be able to install it yourself in most cars, but if you go to the right place, the price won't be too high. I suggest you also get alignment once they're put…

I would buy them again. They are value for money, not just spacers.

The shop put them on and set them to the highest setting and straightened my truck. The cost for the shop I did was $328 including the left side shock mount, alignment and kit to get it up to spec. I can't say the ride has improved and that's mainly because I already had Bilsteins up front, but they weren't 5100s that had ride height adjustment, so I switched. I got about 1.75 inches of lift in front of a 2011 f150 supercrew fx4 with a hidden winch mounted behind the front bumper (extra…

Excellent shocks, just what I was looking for

I have a 2011 Ford F-150. I wanted something to align the front but didn't just want the spring spacers. I almost bought a Rancho quick lift system. They have adjustable travel. But they only raise the front end by 1.75 to 2 inches. I wanted a real 2.5 inch level lift. I was very happy with these shock absorbers. I set the shock to the highest setting and they gave my truck a really balanced look. I stuck 35 inch tires on the truck with no problem. They gave the truck a slightly more ribbed…
