The fact that it is able to integrate with our payroll system and our HRIS makes it a really easy system to use. I wish there was more flexibility with the reporting. I wish there was a way to create a custom report on the data we receive. I like that it is easy to understand and use. I dislike that it is a little bit expensive, but I understand that is because it is a product made by a larger company. I am solving the problem of our benefits department not being able to keep up with the volume of claims we receive. This allows us to have a centralized system that is easy to use and manage.
