I wasn't expecting the video quality to be this good on this screen, but they're not kidding. This is a 4K monitor that supports refresh rates up to 120Hz and HDR. It features FreeSync technology which also reduces screen tearing. The picture is bright, sharp and looks fantastic despite the small screen. The connection is made via one of the two HDMI ports on the back. The device has stereo speakers, but it also has headphone jacks, which is very good as the speakers aren't the main selling point of this device. The sound from the speakers is a bit muffled/dirty, which is understandable considering the size of this whole set. Speakers will help, but you'll probably want to bring headphones or a good headset for the best sound. The focus here is on video, though, and this screen is excellent. As for the physical connection, it's for the XBox Series X and I can't test that yet because I have a Series S (which doesn't fit; they come in very different sizes and shapes!) When and if the Series X will become more affordable ( now every new batch of scalper bots is bought) i will be happy to try it on her. At the moment I have to set it up and play it separately without being connected to a real console (despite HDMI). Verdict: If you have a Series X, this is a great choice for Full HD, high refresh rates, and a beautiful screen. It's a great screen even on other devices, but don't expect to physically plug it in or shrink it on anything other than the Series X, and consider good headphones or a headset if sound isn't important to you. Five stars. Update: Now that I have the Series X I've tried it and it works really well. It fits perfectly and the screen handles high quality video with a high refresh rate! The speakers could be better, but you can always use headphones if you want. The only downsides I've found are: 1.) It doesn't have an HDMI pass-through so you can't leave it plugged in and hooked up to your TV. You must physically remove and replace the HDMI connector. Apparently the second HDMI port on the back is just a second input. Xbox only, and that adds a bit of bulk. However, I stand by my original review: this is a great screen to play Xbox Series X on vacation or if you just don't have another larger monitor. Still five stars.
