Item as described, and packaged neatly. Works well, and easy to solder. The only minor issue I ran into was that the diameter of the wire/insulation was atypical. All wiring I've used strips cleanly using my portable smaller wire strippers, but this one would either not strip in a larger hole, or cut some of the strands when stripping in a smaller hole. I ended up using the larger self-adjusting strippers which worked better.
