5'4" 175 lbs This shaper is to wear under a fitted dress. It works. The lumps and bumps are smoothed out nicely without 'extra bulge' elsewhere from the shaper itself. It stays down when worn standing and when I sit. The bottom hem has a band around to help it stay snug - so if the dress is snug to the body the hem might impress itself, but for me it's not a game changer - It does what it says it is suppose to. I will need a bra with mine - someone else may not.
