Just got back from a 30 mile kayak trip for 3 days and bought these bags to freeze and use as a water source. Before use I disinfected them with bleach and water and then rinsed them several times. After they were cleaned and sterilized, I filled them 3/4 full with filtered water and froze them. held up well but after the first day i noticed some pieces of plastic collecting at the bottom of the pockets. A little more plastic accumulates every day. I don't know where it came from, but it wasn't. I was there before I froze the packages and every package was full of stuff. I was very disappointed because the packages were thick and strong. I had to drink bottled water because we were completely off the grid in the Gulf of Mexico.
